starts with creating a detailed CAD drawing
of your custom machined panel. This
drawing is checked for machining location,
size, and quantity and is then programmed
into the CNC router. This machine alone
allows us to provide you with only the
highest quality machining . . .FAST. It's
precision permits us to deliver accurately
machined panels each and every time. The
CNC router also helps to keep material
scrap at a minimum which allows our
pricing to remain competitive. Once the
panel is machined, another member of the
panel fabrication department inspects it.
The panels are then carefully packaged and
sent to shipping.
